I’m Finally Back plus How to Avoid Stagnant Dreams in 2020

Hi my loves, How are you all? I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted and I understand I have a lot of explaining to do. So, before we began let me first start off by saying from the deepest part of my heart, I sincerely apologize for my delay in posting articles. I personally feel like this year was set intentionally for preparing for the new 2020 just so I can say in the beginning of next year “HERE I COME”. Yeah, it’s literally been that much growth. With that being said I have some news to share with you all, and boy are you guys in for a surprise.

So, let’s just get to the center of the “Tootsie Pop” by first sharing the most exciting news which is that I ‘ve just delivered twins.

I know, I know it’s very inappropriate for me to decide to share this at the last minute but in between the time of baking two babies in the oven I was in such a vulnerable state. (especially when something is being created within me in order to create a beautiful and healthy bundles of joy for the world to see). Now let’s talk details and skip the questions. Are the twins a set of boys, girls, or a mix of one of each? And most importantly how much do the babies weigh? Well to answer these questions I gave birth to my beautiful babies last month and they both turned out to be…… AN ONLINE BRANDING COURSE & MY SIGNATURE NATURAL BATH & BODY PRODUCTS LINE.

Oh I forgot to tell you I wasn’t actually pregnant, BUT creating an idea into a real life thing you’ve always envisioned can seem as if it’s just as complicated and precious as a pregnancy.

Other than creating these two beautiful ideas into products/services; that has pretty much been the gist of 2019. I decided to expand my brand in the early months of 2019 because I noticed some of you were really interested in the topics of being an entrepreneur/influencer, but many of you had no clue of where to start. Because I wanted to make everyone’s call to action an easy transition, I created my branding course which is solely based on teaching the fundamental steps of how to create your passion or idea into your own personal brand. Next, I created a product that I’ve always been working on behind the scenes but was really itching to tie in with my brand, Mami Kelviana. That product was of course my natural body butter and soap. You all know that I am all about Self Care so actually incorporating a NATURAL product that could held us all take care of ourselves, was always something that I was interested in making and selling. Yep I did this all because I CARED and I wanted to SHARE.

I know that was a long intro but well deserving for the long absence. So, since the table is set let’s go ahead and address the elephant in the room. I only created these two products and service, and it took me a whole entire year to do it? YES, IT DID! That much is very true, but was it necessary to take that long to do so? NO IT DID NOT! So why waste so much time? Well there is one reason and one reason only. STAGNANT DREAMS. So, you all may be wondering “WHAT IN THE WORLD IS A STAGNANT DREAM and WHAT DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH ME?”A “stagnant dream” is something I gave a nickname to but it is defined to be simply a dream or goal that is at such a stand-still or little to no progress that it could feel as if it is paralyzing to your ideal goal. Also, to whom it may pertain it has nothing to do with you, unless you happen to be an entrepreneur with OBJECTIVES to COMPLETE, or you’re a regular somebody that have GOALS to ACHIEVE. So how can we really get rid of stagnant dreams?

1. When You Have a Great Idea Don’t Dwell On It Too Much.

There’s no long explanation for this point I do have a few points I really want to touch on. Have you ever had the most brilliant idea for an invention or product or service, and just happen to be led into this tunnel in which you think about the whole entire scenario from beginning to end? If so, don’t do that. It’s a disaster waiting to happen. Of course, I’m not saying to stop being open to dream but instead let’s be a little more open minded to what we imagined to visualize. Because the truth is that there is a slight chance that the scenario will paint out the way we thought it would. What many do not tell you about acting upon your dream in real life is that it’s more like being a surfer and being able to take initiative, catch the wave (Dream), and improvise by taking all cost to stay afloat above the water (the practicality of life).

2.Don’t Waste Your Time Thinking of The Worse Case Scenario

Let’s not front here. We all do it, even the most positive person will. We do it before the job interviews, the parent-teacher meetings, and even when it’s time to have that “talk” with the family. Just for the sake of avoiding stagnant dreams let’s just throw that whole entire thought process away. Let’s just say I’ll save you the trouble by letting you know that its not likely that even one of the scenarios will probably not happen. F.E.A.R. is just a simple way for the mind to project False Evidence Appearing Real when people are suddenly on the brink of trying something new. So no worries and…

3.Just Create a Plan and Initiate by Acting Upon It.

Let’s not make things more complicated than they need to be. Next year in 2020 which is literally less than 3 days away. Just learn to create a habit of coming up with great ideas and write full practical and detailed plans out. Many of us have more than a 100 problems in a day but creating a dream into an achievable plan should not be one of those problems.
So with that being said let’s all tie in an exercise and right all the things we’ve always wanted to achieve and starting with the 1st idea create a practical approach on how to make that idea or dream come to life. Don’t overthink about it and don’t imagine the worse thing that can happen, JUST CREATE A PLAN and ACT UPON IT.

For those who have stuck with me from the very beginning and  still here I really appreciate you for allowing me to grace your email this beautiful Monday morning. I hope to one day be the observer and see your growth as well. Until another time

Peace, Love, and Blessings,

P.s. Happy New Years
