In 2015 I started my first job as an embroider. The first month I was very excited and grateful for my first job, but after maybe a few months passed things became a little repetitive. I was so good at waking up and going to work each day that I could do it in my sleep, but I was more likely getting lost in a pool of questions. The first question that always came to mind was do I really enjoy my job, and can I imagine doing this for the rest of life? The answer always remained the same. I mean I loved what I did especially since I was always working with computers and sewing machine, but it was still a nine to five job that paid me minimum wage. To top that, the scariest part was hoping not to get fired because you know everybody has bills to pay, and I always had a funny feeling when I fell in what most parents call the “safety net”. So, to make it short the answer was always no because I knew I could do better, and I’m proud to say that four year from now I am beginning to do better. I began not only working with my new sewing machine, but also using my voice on my own website for a good cause, to motivate people to walk their own path and live their dreams. I myself know how hard it can be to bring dreams to reality so I know a little motivation can go a long way for those who are carrying huge dreams on their shoulders no matter if your running, just fallen, or haven’t even started the marathon yet. So, if you my dear are still trying to see if your dream is still worth all this triumph and tragedy. Then let me tell you from the other side that it is so worth it. In fact, let me reassure you again how I know your dreams is never too big to achieve.
1. Your Dream Gives You Hope for the Future
I know I’m not alone when I say this, but have you ever been at work and you get so tired of working and just say to yourself “if only I could start that dream job of mine I could have so much more money in my pocket and enjoy more time with my family” and then you go into the trance of imagining how your future could be. If you have let me reassure you that’s your dream and the better side of you sort of annoyingly poking you and just kindly telling you that you have more options then sitting in a cubicle every day and collecting a paycheck. The truth is that wild but realistic thought of having better life will never go away it will always patiently be there to remind you of the potential you have to be. Even if you choose to wait till your retired it’ll still be there.
2. The Thought of Living Your Dream Gives You an Undeniable Sense of Freedom and Purpose
So here it comes again your either annoyed or under deep pressure at work and you take this deep sigh. You begin to have another what if moment and start to think about this beautiful outcome and how much freedom you could have being your own boss. Not only that but all the people and precious moments you can help others make with their lives. Even as an entrepreneur myself I see in this world today that there is so many disasters and crime in our country but I feel like once I started this website I had purpose with my voice by sharing with others encouragement to keep doing what they love without ceasing. Just the thought of how one post can impact someone to make a big change in their career or life gives me more reason to keep writing. So, if you feel as though you could feel free in doing what you love with no obligations and feel a sense of purpose in each service or product you sale to your customers. Then claim that dream and run with it and don’t stop till you make it to your destination, because there are many people that are waiting on your business so that they can get in your line.
3. Nothing Can Discourage You from Accomplishing Your Dream
Growing up my parents would always say, “If you really wanted to do it, you could do it”. When they said that, it didn’t make sense at first, but once I launched my first website, I understood what they were saying. Creating my website was the first hardest thing that I took time to push myself to do, and there was so many people and mental barriers there I had shove past, since I felt called to do it. I’m not going to say that being an entrepreneur is so easy, because everything has its ups and down, but when I look back a year from now and see all things I’ve been through. I understand that it was worth it and look forward at any other barriers as lessons or challenges. So, if you by chance have started following your dream just view your dream as something that is a part of you, because it is. Your dream is just another layer of you that you haven’t shared with world yet, so don’t be ashamed of sharing your dreams. You just might change someone’s life.
Those are all my points in 3 and if you need a reminder in the future when you’re feeling discouraged just come back to this little warm space on the web and I will help you keep the ball rolling. In fact, if you must, keep this post as a reminder with a tab in your reading list, bookmark, or favorites. I have a strong belief that everyone has a God- given talent that they haven’t really shared with the world yet, and I think now is the time to do it. You don’t have to necessarily quit your job; it could just start off as a side gig or hobby. All you have to do is keep working toward your dream consistently no matter if it just on your off days or just a few days within the week. Also, I am happy to announce that I just created a course for those who have big dream but really don’t know how to actually make it into a brand or multi-million-dollar business. Peace, Love and Blessings,
